Parents and Guardians,

We know there is so much that is uncertain right now in communities across our country as this crisis has just begun for all of us. Given the unknowns this remains a dynamic situation, but as of today we plan to do everything we can, if it’s legally permissible, to operate our summer camps beginning mid June.

At this time, we are focusing on education and preparation in anticipation of receiving your children and youth. Our staff will have our facilities cleaned and disinfected, and our nurses on campus will be prepared and ready to meet any medical needs that your children may have.  Summer camps may, in fact, be one of the safest places for any child to be this summer, since they are generally protected, remote and closed environments. You will also find that as of now the “majority of camps are planning to open this summer” according to Camp America.
